Bullied?
I was, too.
We can't change the bullies. Only they can do that.
What we can do is some work on ourselves. Find out why what they said or did affected us the way it did.
Typically your body isn't reacting to the current situation, but to something that happened to you in the past that's not been healed.
Do some deeper work to uncover it. Feel it, deal with it, and heal.
The bullies will stop when they see it genuinely doesn't affect you. You can pray for them, knowing how sad it is for someone to be treating others the way they do. They need healing, too.
