Staying on task when it's a challenge.
You may need to combine these 2 time-management tools.
First, make sure you're organizing your schedule and blocking out time for things.
⏳️ Then, use the timer method to create a little challenge/contest for your brain. Set the timer and see how much you get done in that time.
🙏🏻 Ask the Lord for focus.
✍️ If you find yourself procrastinating on either of these, grab your journal - time to dig deep. ✨️ Ask yourself why you aren't getting it done? Write and write. Dump the brain of your thoughts on it.
✨️ Is it because you really don't want to do it? Why?
✨️ Is it because someone else wants you to do it and you're just doing it to impress or please them?
✨️ What are you replacing it with, and why is that task making itself more important in your day?

Response to Mrs Hormozi's video on controlling your emotions.
Not everyone can do that. It's not a matter of maturity. It is quite likely that some undealt-with wounds from the past (recent or farther back, even childhood) is causing you to not be able to control your emotions, especially if seemingly-unrelated incidents are triggering you.
Please watch my response and get the help you need. Deeper healing may need a therapist and/or hypnotherapist.

Having regular guilt-trips and don't know how to stop them?
1- Guilt is a feeling. Feelings come from our thoughts. When you feel any feeling, write down what you were thinking right before that feeling. You must change your thought to change the feeling.
²-You may not have strong (or any) boundaries. What boundaries do you want to set? The only person you have to convince that those are your boundaries is yourself.
