How to make progress when you have uncovered your purpose but don't know what to do or are afraid to get started making any changes in your life.
Because change can be scary. 😱
Write down questions in your journal for your brain to work on as you sleep. 📒
Psalm 16:7b says our mind instructs us in the night. 📖
God gave us such wonderful brains, more complex than the scientists can even figure out! When we ask it a question, it will get to working on it. 🧠
Do this each night before bed.
Ask God questions that He will instruct you through your brain in the night and see what kind of clarity you get as well as write down your progress and His faithfulness.
When you look back in 6 mos or a year, you will be amazed and deeply grateful for His guidance and love for you seeing this written chronicle of your progress. ✍️

📖 Find scripture to replace those lies or hurts.
🗣 Repeat the verses out loud every time your brain wants to go back to your old thinking.
*You are now creating new pathways in your brain based on the truth of scripture.*
📝 Make your plans to fulfill your vision.
📋 Make smaller goals that become daily habits that will advance you bit by bit to achieve your goal.
